longtube headers
Can you fit longtube headers on a stock exhaust system? I really like the idea of keeping my car looking as stock as possible with some hidden bolt ons... just wondering if this would work.

Sounds like a good idea... what kinda mid pype would you suggest? I assume it will still be a single exhaust?

you could always get a full exhaust and just have dumps instead of tips out the back...

redo the whole exhaust, don't waste money on headers then not do a damn thing to the rest of it.
thats like buying a hooker and just watching her watch you.

then get dumps.
stock or not, it doesn't matter till you get it on the track for the first time and then everyone will know what your running.

Long Tubs1. Buy mid pipes that will accommodate the extra long tubs . if you do so, then say good bye to stock look. 2. Custom make them at an exhaust shop.you can go either H-pips or divorced. i prefer divorced personally. as for keeping the stock look, i think you should consider going dual. it just looks better at the back. that's again my personal opinion. GOOD LUCK with whatever you decide on Last edited by Stonedaily; November 2nd, 2008 at 06:22 AM. Reason: extra info |
