Need a new front bumper

Some body hit my car while it was parked, and cracked my front bumper. I need to get a new one and was wondering about a few different options. Im looking at the stock one you can buy on ebay and they can paint them any color, or a i found an unpainted saleen bumoer that i could get painted locally but dont know how much the painting would cost

Or you can buy an unpainted bumper and paint it yourself. I got rear ended and got a new gt bumper and painted it myself and it looks pretty damn good. It ended up costing me like 400 altogether.

actually i suppose after the extra money for paint and the shipping charge, that really wouldnt be any cheaper than my buying the saleen front and having it painted locally, what do you guys think?

The choice is yours. But no matter what, it will cost you 300-500 to get it painted. So if the saleen is local, I'd personally just go with that and try to talk the guy down a little on the price if you can.

paint should cost no more than $300-350 for just a front bumper

thing is no matter how much paint they use they still have to either buy it or mix more than will be needed. most of the cost is the paint alone and it can be extremely expensive.
