on a v6 i don't really think anything would do better than a good turbo. even though i like the superchargers. a turbo would be the best option

I dont think its even been done, the v6 is too smal to grant using a big displacement s/c like the kb

the m112 is done on the v6 cause it is cheap hp, but mainly torque. To put a expensive twin screw on there imo would not be worth the gains. the money should go to a turbo and make lots more power.

always worth someone trying though.

see thats what i was wondering cause i know you can get the SSMS adapter plate and throw a m112 on there which means a KB or whipple could go on as well...i had never seen so i was just wondering because you can get some decent numbers with the eaton so just thought you would get even better numbers with the KB but like GF i didnt take into account the SC being almost "too big" for it...but if anyone else has any other input on this thatd be cool

If your planning on staying with the single port setup i would suggest a m90 if your planning on supercharge.

if our motor would support a big bore garuntee it'd be no where near as efficient as a turbo

physic's itself just prove any s/c in general will not out power a turbo psi for psi

he means a 2.2L s/c the amount of power it would suck to fill the s/c and power it would be almost as high as the gains you see. Thats why KB and Whipple dont make big displacement s/c's for v6s

i have not seen it done, but my friend said he saw it done. he said it wasnt what you would expect and kbs were made for v8s. if you really want to do it, the m112 adapter kit from supersixmotorsports is supposed to be able to allow all v8 superchargers to fit on the v6.

and as far as hp/tq goes, it will only make as much as your engine is built to take. its all about how much psi you're running. you're better off going with a used m112 or a turbo.

Personally I wouldn't put any power adder on your v6. I would use that money to upgrade to a v8.
