Will a 5.0 fit in a sn95 V6?

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but I wasn't sure where to put it. I looking at buying a manual v6, as a project car to have fun with, its the sn95 body style, but its just the body, no engine or transmission. I have an old 5.0 I might be able to get my hands on, if so how much work would it take to drop it in there?? I've been told that a 4.6 will fit easily, and I might know where I can get one, but i can get the 5.0 cheaper...... so my questions to everyone, will a 5.0 fit? with how much work? and should I just go with the 4.6? If you need any additional information just ask and I'll see about getting it. Thanks

It will drop in a 94 or 95 SN95.

Computer and electronics is another story.

if i were you i'd look into getting a 351W. about the same cost, and not much more to do between the swap i've heard... more power, if your gonna swap, might as well get the big one
