Axle Back Exhaust for GT


Ok, this may be a really really stupid question because i'm a dumbass, but if i'm getting axle back exhausts and it says its for a gt, but i have converted my single exhaust to a dual exhaust, can i put it on my car without messin anything up?

ask the distirbutor... or maker of that product... they should be able to give you sizes and locations... but if your talking engine or car wise... it shouldn't harm anything

If your dual exhaust conversion will accept a GT axle back muffler then you should be ok. Things to consider are muffler hangers and tip clearance with a v6 bumper.

well the ford mechanic who owned it before me put true dual off an 05' GT on it fo rme, so i didnt think there would be any problem with it, i just wasnt sure if any mods to make that mod would be necessary since it wouldnt be factory.
