Any aftermarket gt catback WILL bolt up to a mac hpipe, i have installed on two cars with no issues whatsoever besides having to move exhaust hangers. And Mac does or did make catted h-pipes as i have one.

Still trying to decide on a exhaust. Does anyone know if a dual exhaust for a GT will bolt-up (Aftermarket, not OEM)?
Just a heads up i have an 06 v6 mustang and i bought the full setup from MAC long tubes their H pipe and mufflers, the headers are just fine but their H pipe is terrible. On my car i ended up cutting off the h pipe and welding 2 in line cats on it and i will probably be swapping their mufflers for something else as well to get the sound just right but their H pipe what would happen for me at least is at about 3k rpms it would rasp up pretty bad.

I agree that you should get the LT's, and the flowmaster catback. then have a shop fab up an h-pipe for you. I actually prefer a catted setup, but that is a matter of opinion.
