My first car was a 2000 v6 mustang and it as about the same miles as the car you're looking at. I'd say go for it if it's in good condition. Why is he selling? Somebody said since the gas price hike, everyone is selling and are gas prices high? Umm... I don't think so. They are around 1.80 out here in Texas so gas prices doesn't not explain it.

idk if anyone else agrees but my V6 got the same gas mileage that my v8 gets right now
