95 mustang mild to wild:P

have a mind full of ideas for my 95 v6 looking for the best way to change this baby to a 351 383 stroker. need info on rear end whether to keep the 7.5 and put in a detroit trutrac with some stronger axles or swap for a 8.8. also what kind of cooling system should i get for a motor such as a 351 my current cooling system radiator and fan are old anyway. And would i have to change the suspension does it have to be changed if so what is the best application. want to try to get the base work done on my car first before i drop a motor in it. any suggestions, how to approach this kind of project. 3.8-351. kind of a newbi to moddin any ideas/suggestions for this project greatly appriciated. thanks
