8.8 Question...

hey guys I've been looking for an 8.for some time now and found one thatvcame out of an 86 gt that has brand new 3.73s will this bolt right up to my 99 v6 ?

i think its even smaller then the 96-98 GT rears
which those are already smaller then the 99-04

That would be the best idea, its a direct replacement.

I used an sn95 8.8...its a tad shorter, but easily fixed with longer wheel studs and 3/4 inch wheel spacers. Although with the stock wheels the spacer,and studs aren't needed. For a foxbody 8.8 it'll be even shorter, but studs and spacers should work also

just find a wrecked i think 01-04 gt they came with posi 8.8

its 4 bolts, and its easy. very simple

I think most 8.8's had posi. Mine does and its outta a 98

foxbody's are 4 lugs, your wheels are 5 lug.

not all foxes are 4 lug
and a fox rear end is shorter than the sn95 which is a tad shorter than the new edge
