Problem

This morning i started the car it was pretty cold outside. I let it warm up for 3 min and i started driving. I got to main street and i floored it and passes 4000 RPM in second gear. Then right after, i changed it to nutural and apply the breaks and RMP went from 4000 to almost 0 and car started shaking. It almost turned off but it came back on. wats the problem?

It's likely the MAF. It provides inputs that control the shift points.

at 42k

spark plugs and fuel filter shouldnt be a problem

spark plugs you would notice back fire, and it would be consistent
if it drives fine now it might of just been your MAF actin up or a little water in gas

shit who knows

how hard did you slam the brakes, and how much gas is in your tank?

i had a friend stall a car doing donuts, he thought he broke it, his car was just out of gas though.
