99-04 wheel hop

the rear end in my 03 seems to be way too loose. When the car hits a bump in the road or something the rear feels like its all over the place. plus sometimes when i stomp on it in 1st the car will point its nose in the air, rev up and take a second or two until it accelerates. Its like the suspension cant handle even the power from the V6. I know these cars lack a rear stab bar, is this the problem? Does this call for LCA? Anybody deal with this before?

I don't get it starting, but if I shift into second to late my front end likes to do a little hop. But yeah I would say your rear end is just a little loose.
