stroker or long arm


i have a 2001 thats basically stock except for a CAI im wanting to start building up the engine from the inside out but am unsure which would be better a 3.8 long arm kit or a 4.2 stroker and what kind of work is going to be needed if i do do the stroker

you mean long rod. the long rod 4.2 or 4.3 would be the best

i thnk you have to bore out the block to a 4.2

its a good idea to have the blocked bored over even .010 if your rebuilding it
im going .030 over
