how can headlights not fit? i thought there was one set for the entire body style

So everybody knows: 94-98 Mustang headlights are all interchangeable and fit between V6, GT, Cobra, etc. The install is not difficult. All of the help has been given in the first page of the thread.

Also, when it comes to cars:
Fast.
Cheap.
Reliable.
Prick two.
$70 is 2 tanks of gas. Modifying a vehicle is expensive, and you get what you pay for in terms of quality, fit, etc.

didn't try today, had stuff to do, will do tomorrow if it isn't cold/rainy... lol

and yes i got the stock ones back in easily... the aftermarket ones were too long, and didn't bolt up right... hopefully will figure something out this time.

ok. just tried again on the right side... there is absolutely and definately no way those will fit on my car. that is all.
i put the clear corners on... i'll just take my loss and buy a new ebay set or something... and trust me ill be making sure there's a pic of the back of them before i buy them this time lol. for now i have the clear corners on

Some aftermarket stuff you have to either mod the car or the part.
