Ok, so i'm thinking, in the event i get the money for them:

Wheels:

These stripes but black:

should i get a hood scoop too or no?

IMO all but the grill... you are going with mostly black accents and i believe the chrome grill may just throw it off. i would try to find a black custom grill... as for the hood scoop... i would say no to just getting one and putting it on... i would get a cervini's eleanor hood... that would be completely bad ass on your car... but of course i would also get the full kit lol

the wheels are pretty sweet and light but im not really into light racing wheels mine are luxury style

the stripes look bad and yeah im planning to get some myself i say do it

the louvers are hekka sweet too . im pretty sure no1 needs it to see the outside

the grill not to much into it just like 3.8coastie said looks ugly too =T i like the chrome black honeycomb ones

those wheels you are showing are for 94-04 Mustangs. Make sure you get the ones for the 05+ the backspacing is different on the models.
