FS: 2002 Mineral Gray Ford Mustang GT - BEAUTIFUL

Name: Jeffrey
For Sale: 2002 Mineral Gray Ford Mustang GT Premium
Location: Greeley, CO
Price: $7,250

Up for sale is my 2002 Ford Mustang GT Premium. The car is Mineral Gray Metallic and is absolutely beautiful. She has placed and won awards in four different local car shows. This car has been cared for and babied the entire time I have owned it and I truly love this car. I get compliments almost everywhere I go when I drive her. She has never been abused and has always been treated with absolute respect. She is garage kept and DOES NOT sleep outside. There is not a SINGLE dent or ding anywhere on the body of this car. The car still pulls very, very hard and is plenty of power.

The ONLY reason I am considering selling is because I have an opportunity to put myself in a better financial situation by selling this vehicle, and buying that of another MMer's.

114,268 Miles and going up as this is a Daily Driver
4R70W Transmission
American Muscle Cold Air Intake
High Flow Cats
Magnaflow Off-Road X-Pipe
Flowmaster Super 44 Series Mufflers
4" Stainless Steel Magnaflow Exhaust tips
Full Length Subframe Connectors
Tokico Shocks and Struts
91 Octane Dyno Tune by Reputable Local Mustang Tuner
Mach 1 Chin Spoiler
Bullitt Pedals
Red Calipers
Rear Honeycomb Decklid
Custom Painted Silver Interior Trim Bezel (made to look like the 40th Anniversary trim piece in the Mach1's and 2004 Anniversary GT's)
Mach460 Audio System - 6 Disc Changer

Oil changed at exactly every 3,000 Miles with Fully Synthetic Oil only
Front Brake Pads have less than 2,000 miles on them
Four BRAND NEW tires with less than 8,000 miles on them
Air Filter for Cold Air Intake is brand new and has less than 5,000 miles
BRAND NEW Battery - Less than 8,000 miles
New Serpentine Belt - Less than 8,000 Miles
Paint sealed and corrected every 6 months - Polished and Corrected using a Porter Cable 7424XP. Current sealants on the vehicle are Blackfire Wet Diamond with a top coat of AutoGlym HD. This duo has been on the paint for three months and is still beading perfectly.
Headlights were JUST refinished with fresh clear coat and were wet sanded down with 2,000, polished, and sealed. They look brand new.
I typically get between 16-18MPG in the city and have done as well as 30MPG on the highway with this vehicle.
This car also has a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE Full Powertrain Warranty on it that lasts for another 16 months/14,000 Miles.

The Bad:
Transmission will probably need servicing within the next 30-35,000 miles as the age of the 4R70W is increasing. The 4R70W is a VERY strong transmission, however the O/D Pin and Clutches and Bearings will probably need replacing in the next 30-35,000 miles, as this is standard with most 115k mile vehicles. The vehicle does not have problems shifting in gear; O/D is not as smooth as new, but still feels just fine. This is me being a freak about the condition of the car and letting you know that this will be something to be done down the road.
Three minor paint flaws after 115k: There is one blemish that measure's less than 3/4's of an inch on the front right passenger fender along the top edge of the fender. There is also one minor blemish next to the fog lamp on the bottom front bumper just above the chin spoiler. Three minor scratches along the bottom of the passenger door above the side skirt. These all can be fixed VERY easily and are incredibly minor - I am just a perfectionist so I notice these things.
Fuel Filter needs to be changed - this is a $15 part at O'Reily's or Advanced Auto.

NADA Puts this car at a clean retail price of $8,525, making $7,250 a very fair private party price for such a gorgeous car.

I am not keen on the idea of shipping the vehicle, but if that makes the deal, talk to me.
If you are serious about buying, please make me an offer - no reasonable offer will be refused. I'm trying to complete this deal with PonyProblem in a timely manner.
