OK never thought I would have to this but I have to sell her. The Cobra was suppose to go to my first born but because of several reason I have to.

Reason for Selling My Mother needs an operation for health reasons.

History of the my Cobra I am the thrid owner but your really cant count the first owner as one because it was an 18 year old that got caught racing and his dad made him sell it at 400 miles. It was than bought buy 70 year old guy that put 80 miles on it and posted and that when I found it and bought her in Texas.
I have had the car ever since. Washed and it every single week most of the time two to three times a week. I also waxed it every 4 to 6 months.

Engine
The Mods are no Joke.
Fully Built Teksid Block that can hold up to 1500hp no problem.
ARP Head Studs
Steeda K Member
Steigmeyer Stage 5 Ported Blower with 5K miles
2.8 Reichard Upper
100MM Tensioner
Metco 2 Crank Pulley
CP pistons rated at 1200hp
Custom Comp Cams that were customs speced by a good friend of mine who is a mechanical engineer graduated top of his Class at UM. I wanted to install the biggest cams you can fit a 4.6 without any drivability or idle problems at all.
Comp Srings and Retainers
Super Comp Hooker Long Tubes Headers with coresponding X Pipe and Magnaflow 2.5 inch straight pipes and sounds Just ****in Insane
Had the Sniper but had to sell it so as of now it needs a Tuning programer
The Motor doesnt have more than 15K miles on it.
Blue Carbon Fiber Intake from Razors Edge
High Permformance Oil pump with Bilit Internals.

Power and Torque numbers.
Last time dynoed which was after installing the Cams 1 and half ago she pulled 550hp and 550 Torque which is not bad at all considering I still needed a CAI and the Acufab Tb which the Cams needed because they are asking for air that just is not there.
This Cobra is very capable of making 800hp on pump with 2.9 Whipple which was one of the last high performance parts I needed to make that amount of power but the Economy got ****ed and has been since than.
Afco Largest Heat Exchanger.

Weight
I was able to get it down to 3780 with K member and the all Aluminum Teksid which is not bad at all considering it weight 4000lbs bone stock

Drive train
The Transmission has only 19K miles since I had the original replaced at 27K when I was still covered under warranty and Stock no leaks from the bottom of the diff like most Cobras.
MGW Short Shifter

Interior is Imaculate except for the Drives Seat because I bought this Car to Drive it not for it to sit and have it be looked at. And the Mystic Painted leather sections on the Steering wheel have faded again from Driving it lol.

Almost all Mustang Verts have allot of rattles and squeaks Not this mine at all.
I was very maticulous in always making sure to clean the interior with non silicone cleaners to keep the rubber on the doors and surrounding the windows. The Dash and Center console are very clean not a scratch at all on either of them and really same goes for the whole car.

Now for the Reason Iam selling for 22K
Is because after two years of having the Metco lower 2lb pulley I found out the hard way that it can put so much pressure on the snout of the Crank it can bend it which I could not ****ing believe was possible with a heat treated crank that can hold 1200 hp. I also read on here there where at least 20 Cobras that had this same thing happened to them.

Turns out that the snout is not heat treated and this can actually happened. It happened to me 8 months ago just going to work at 30mph just after I had made a right.
The most any shop can charge is $3800 and your be good to go I already asked my Local trust worthy shop and quoted. This would of course be Bran New Kellog $600 heat treated crank that will never break again Labor and all the parts for a full rebuild.

The Other thing you would need to purchase is the intercooler because before the crank went I found out the intercooler had a very small leak and was pressurising the system. This had happened 6 months before the crank broke.

I know that bone stock MysticChrome Verts with 30 to 40k miles are still going
for high 20 to mid 30s. This Car when it came out in 04 was worth 45K.

You would really be getting a Fully built Cobra that of course costs no less than 4K up 6K with labor. All this needs is the Charger and intercooler to get up in running in perfect condition.

Its Killing me that I have to do this and also that its just sitting in storage. I would really like for some one that can take care of this Car as much as I have and it really is just a flat out fun and amazing car to drive as long as you know how to because you really do need to know how to drive it with the amount of power and weight it has. Not to mention the Mystic Paint is just ****ing Badass there has not been one day that goes by I have ever for second gotten tired at looking it at it. And the second you get it on the street every single person is dam what insane color is that which are the people that dont know the people who do are Like Holy shit Bro thats a Mystic Cobra. I have had it for 8 years Drove it from Texas to Mia and never wanted to sell but My Mothers health is the most imported priority as of now.

Thanks allot but how about you make that day today or this coming week lol. Sell your Gt which Iam sure you can get 12 to 14 and get loan never a better time than now. Trust me if I didnt have to I would never have sold this ever it was going to go to my first kid and I would have never allowed them to sell it.

See now the above is the right choice why to keep it. The others there is a way around that. Thats exactly what I wanted to do with this Cobra hand it down to my Kids but only way I will be able to do that is If I can buy it back from the person I sell it to down the line.

Just to be clear this car is running and driving now just needs the intercooler replaced or is the crank currently gone out as well? I couldn't get a clear picture from what I read...

Thank allot man The intercooler and the Crank need to be replaced. The Car is not running because of the Crank and thats why it is at the price it is at. Do you have potential buyers or are you interested as well. Thanks for looking

Honestly I am not in it for the money...Thanks for the gesture though...If you sell it from someone I refer just use the $1K to help your mom...

Shas to go through 7 weeks of Radiation and than she can get the operation thanks for asking. And Any Car can be turned into a money pit when it hasnt been properly Maintained
but when they have been taken care of their are Amazing money pit free lol.
I already had the Car checked by a local service shop and said the Car in perfect shape.
