11k is a good price, just saying 14k was ridiculous. And banks now a days go by blue book value and don't give much more than that. 11k is a good price for this car. Just if he was asking 14 i would say why not buy a 99 mustang with 10k on a 10 grand motor and everything else that is fully built for 11.5k.
