my bad but yeah trust me there is alot of stuff i did not list including the price of the kit and the donor car so on and so forth all together it was around 40,000 with everything in parts and labor most of the money went into the motor built by lowery motorsports which the owner is the 1 who bought it and he also built the trans 4 it 2

If I had the money, I would have gladly paid 25-30k for it. But alas I'm just a kid and a student that spends more money on school than I would like. It's a damn shame the economy is hurting the auto industry so bad right now. On a plus note, if they are fair game at 12k, then shit, buy another one! I just might have to take out a loan if they keep going down like this.

its hard to sell old cars man.... i have a 73 vert that everyone jizzes themselves when they see and a lot of people talk crap about buying it but no one wants to pay cash... N.A.D.A values it 21k low retail 38k high retail and i have over 15k in parts on it and 8 years labor and i still havent been able to sell it for 10k.... so as ac said... you did get lucky.. to get 20k out of it..
