I had asked guys bout an intercooler but they said t mightslow up the boost more than help so I was just gonna get a meth kit for it like a mr freeze or somethign.

I just took off the blower belt for now so I won't have any heat issues..
it runs in the middle if you turn the heat up all the way..
I'm probably going to take the top end off and clean it up back there and have it polished.

I gotta get used to that shifter. Thing is nice and gears are so close. Real nice. Can see why you like MGW so much. Goin from lik 1-2 and 3-4 isn't to bad but 2-3 and 4-5 is what I gotta get used to. Definitely not the same feel I had in the 91. I can already tell ya I'm gonna drive it out to fun ford weekend. Not racing it any time soon but it will definitely be driven.

well the drive train was set up like that for a reason..
it's not your normal drivetrain..

aluminum driveshaft and flywheel make it easy to rev quick.. along with the 4:10's..

hell it ran that hot before the blower was on bro. Thing'll be nice as hell lookin if you get it all polished. Hafta shoot me some pics of things ya do if ya don't mind and I'll do the same for you.

yeah it does rev quick. I like it don't get me wrong just something to get used to ya know. Been driving that one for so long now that I hafta get used to a new setup.

I'm probably pulling the motor soon anyway..
got to get the car painted and I'll stem clean the motor while it's out .. then it'll make it easy for me to see any leaks.. tranny as well.

well that'll make it really nice then. Really glad you got it man. You seem like the right guy for it and like you'll really take care of it and enjoy it. Thats all I could ask for. Didn't want some schmuck gettin it who would just dawg it blow it up then throw it away or let it rust away.

I haven't even hit any boost yet.. not 1psi till I get her tuned on rollers.. I just need to fix some issues with it first..

like tossing a bov on her,getting rid of anything smog related and tossing the AC crap.. I got windows... who needs AC?

stock alternator? I still need to work on getting an msd ignition as well..

Yeah I hear ya man. I honestly kept it thinkin I'd use it but I never did. AC is kinda pointless if you ride w/ the windows down all the time.

I know you get all that off it'll free up that parasitic loss and help it out a bit. I had smog delete but couldn't use it w/ the S/C kit and wanted to keep the stock belt but that didn't work anyways.
