1997 Mustang GT Convertible. Triple black. NOT MOLESTED LIKE MOST!

1997 Ford Mustang Gt
Interior-Black Leather
Exterior-Black Paint
Top- Black

Miles on odometer are 101k. Truth is actual miles is more like 88k (4.10 gears) I did install the 23 tooth white speedo gear. It lasted about 2 months. Then put the stock gear back in. Thats why miles are off. If you put in a speedcal and calibrate it for a 4.56 gear for a few months milage could be nearly matched to actual milage on engine.

Mods- Eibach lowering springs. J&M Caster Camber plates, K&N AF, Cats Removed. Chrome Cobra R 17x9s, Richmond 4.10s.

Interior- Black Leather. no tears in any of it. Updated center console to 01+ gt dual cup holder style. Stock Mach 460 Stereo system works flawlessly. Interior on a scale of 1-10 I would put it at an 9. Power windows, locks, mirrors.

Exterior and Body- Paint isnt perfect. but its still really good for a 97 model. NO RUST. Billet Grille in front with crystal clear aftermarket headlights. Paint is black. Stock hood and front end. Only 2 very small dings in the car. Very few scratches. Windows tinted 1 year ago to 32%. No cig burns or tears in any of the interior.

Engine- Stock 4.6 never modded, AC works flawlessly. Has brand new heater core less than 6 months old. No leaks. Wife drives this car everyday.

Transmission- Stock 5 speed. Clutch is stock style as far as I know. Works flawlessly.

Differential- Stock with Richmond 4.10s

Problems- I cant think of anything really that this car needs. The convertible top would be good for another year or 2. The rear glass is good and defrost works fine. The seal at the bottom of the glass is coming off the glass. You could leave it alone or you could have a new rear glass installed. Front gt fog lights need replaced. They had water in them. Blew the bulbs and I took them out cause the water made the lens look bad.
With the cats removed it does throw a check engine light everyonce in a while. I have never installed MILs on it. Doesnt bother me.

My wife drives this car everyday. It is in absolute great condition. I would' not hesitate to drive it anywhere. We have a a 10 yr old and a 7 yr old. We just cant use a car like this as a family car any longer.

Price is $7,700 Not Intrested in trades.

Might consider trades on a family car. Like an Altima, Maxima. Something like that.
