lokar sucks
Flexible dipstick tube for the 99-04 4.6 is a good product but customer service sucks. I live about 5-7 miles down the road from lokar and pass every day on the way to work. Anyways I called them looking to get a dipstick tube the guy said they couldnt sell me one they only sell to business. I then asked if I could have the parts guy at work (dealership) order one for me. The guy tells me no theyre only a distributor so we hang up and I end up ordering one online paying $14 to ship. The next day I already received it in the mail, sure enough the thing was drop shipped from lokar right down the road. What a joke in my opinion.
