FordPartsPeople.com?


Anyone ordered from them? How was your luck?

Im wondering because I ordered floor mats form them on Christmas and still havent gotten them. I know since i ordered them on Christmas it would take longer, but im starting to get worried. especially because they had no number on the site, so i google the address and the phone number i got was disconnected. i ended up getting the number through information, and when i asked if they had shipped the mats out, so they said hold on and hung up. i called back and said i think we were disconnected, and asked again if they could check on the mats, and he said he would call back when he figured it out. its been 2 days since then. am i not waiting long enough? if not, what do you think i should do if i dont get the mats tomorrow.

that is very shady to me. if at first they dont have the number on their own site then you had to look up through information isnt very reliable to me. If you called them and they hung up and they said that they would call you back and its been 2 days that is not good customer service at all. Definately get your money back before its too late. has it processed through your account yet? if not then you can call your card company and tell them to stop payment or not allow any payments to that company and tell them why. Before doing any of this though call them back and ask to speak with a manager, if they try to put you on hold tell them that you have been patient and that you want to talk to a manager right away or if they are a part of the BBB (better business bureau) contact them and file a claim.

all rite, its 11p.m so ill try calling them tomorrow if i dont receive the mats and ask to speak to the manager. but what i dont get is on some other forums (like the f150 forums) i read they were good. but thanks for the help.

I just checked there site out and it looks like they deal with local dealerships to get deals on their parts but they are actually owned by a dealership.
Check this site out
www.tousleyfordparts.com and ask for steve if you want to call

well this sucks, i was charged on dec. 29th, so i guess ill hold off a little longer b4 calling steve. might give fordpartspeople another call tomorrow though.

yeah definetly give them a call, find out if your order had been shipped and by what means (UPS, USPS, DHL) and the tracking number. if they cant provide this information for you then let them know that you want a refund.

why wouldnt they, i mean its almost been a month and still nothing?!? there shouldnt be any reason that they cant give you your money back, if they try and give you shit about it then talk to a manager and if that doesnt help then call the BBB. These arent back-ordered are they? I forgot to mention that. Find out if they are or not.

well i called them and they said they (finally) shipped it out and they did give me a tracking number. i was just worried about refund because i was beginning to question if they were legit or not. but it seems like everything is good now. thanks for the help, and if i still get bad luck, ill be calling Steve.
