In November of 08 I made a small purchase from them using my debit card. I don't usually use that method of payment on the net, but I figured that Rouse was fairly secure. I finally received my order early in January of this year (2 months later) and my account was charged and all was well. Just recently I noticed a 2nd charge on my account for the same purchase. I have emailed them concerning this and haven't heard anything yet...been only a few days.

Anybody else have issues with them???

You bought from Roush and not some retailer? I haven't had issues with Roush products, but I have purchased mine through retailers, not Roush directly.

Update: After discovering their accounting mistake, Roush has credited my account in full!
