I purchased an allegedly NIB AEM truboost from Jason @ racetechperformance.com
I received it almost 2 days later. Upon attempting install we found out it had a broken solenoid. I contacted Jason, saying we found something on the product that was broken. He sent me back a short message and quoted his companies return policy about how they can't take a return if the product had been installed.
I ask how he can justify that when there was no way I could've known it was broken without trying to install it. He responds with some broken English about how he would "LOVE" to resolve my issue but he needs his job to survive, and would apparently get fired.
I'm going to continue to work this out between me and the company, but thus far they've been giving me a whole mess of nonsense about this.
If I can't get this worked out I'm going to be up the creek and out 250$ for a broken component.
