Granatelli Motorsports FTL! WTF??? TRASH

This sums up my experiance with GMS, and their non-existant customer service. Much like 75% of everyone else I now know GMS=trash

So I take a cruise in the coupe up to Oriely's to buy some energy suspension sway bar links. As Im leaving I gas it to shoot across the intersection, I hear a lil bang and then it starts sounding like my tailpipe is rubbing on the tire. Pull over and look...nope not the exhaust. So I take back off and as I hit a bump I can hear it worse, and worse, tire smoking all kinds off ****. Back to the side of the road and then I see it..

Trash ass **** has bent and is causing the rear to rub on the front of the fenderwell.

How it should be

Oh, and after I talk with GMS they tell me they can't do anything cause it falls on the company I bought them from. TRASH ASS ****. How could Summit be responsible for GMS's trash???? Who's gonna pay for my tire???

This is because I knew the tubular ones of theres had broken before, and I thought I was safe with these.

You need to take this up with GMS and be relentless. these crap companies will be stubborn on purpose to make you go away.

make them bleed.

Holy Crapolla

I figure you adjusted the spring perch AFTER it was bent to level out your ride? Anyway, if GMS actually passed the issue off to Summit, that is really sad. I bet they didn't communicate well that you NEED to go through them for warranty repair/replacement issues. I think the vendor will chime in here and hook you up with a resolution.

Good luck and to see this happen

You can go through Summit if thats where you bought them from and they will have to deal with Granatelli.

Yep I tried top adjust it after it was bent to get the car up off my tire, so I could make the trip home. All GMS want's to do is blame summit. I guess really it is Summits fault.....for selling GMS's trash product! Summit has offered to give me another set......I have no se for that all I want is my tires replaced. Their product's have been known to fail for a while..
Notice how nobody chimes in to support them or their garbage!

Summit is 100% backing them, but I have no need to put myself in danger with their product.

Dude that sucks... I hope Granatellis ass every time one of their reps come on this site. I have a $225 paper weight the shape of an 06 throttle body because of them ( bought striaght through them ). Everytime I installed it, it would put my car in limp mode and give me all kinds of codes. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do about it...

No Freak'n way - Go to our website, do you biggest best search and you will be hard pressed to find Granatelli Arms like the one in your picture. Your pictures are date stamped 02/12/09. This leads everyone to believe you just purchased these parts -How could that be? - When the customer called us to ask for help Nick (in returns) asked for a copy of a receipt and the guy said he did not have one – We have not sold an aluminum lower control arm in over 4 years. The instructions below show the last date of sale as Oct 17 2004 and they did not have a huge window in the middle – He is missing the support plates that were in the center. It is hard to help a customer when they are not honest

http://www.musclemotors.com/gmsinsta...Fox%20Body.pdf

Rather then spam and bash he should have and could have been honest and not 1/2 install them.

GMS parts..........world class paper weights.

i find it funny mr. gms rep that we don't ever have to see any other manufacturer hunting the web to try to back up their product. maybe because the good products don't have the issues and when they do people get their issues taken care of.

of course now we'll get some bs for a response.
