i ordered a shorty antena and a black out panel from AM. There shipping and price was good, but the black out panel was a pos(no fault of theirs). anyway my problem is i left feedback on the panel and it never got posted, so don't put to much trust in there feedback section because they only post the positive from what i can see.

Hmm, I guess that's good to know. How was the panel being a POS not there fault? What's the story behind it being a POS?

Eh, thats not entirely true. We post reviews that are informative and well written, whether they are a good or bad review.

For example if you wrote a review that said: "Product A disappointed me because it didn't quite fit right out of the box. It required one of the edges to be trimmed down for a perfect fit. It fits now, but required more work then some people would be willing to do." That review would definitely get posted.

But if you wrote: "Product A is a festering pile of horse #$%%! I hope you all die from dysentery from consuming your own excrement for selling this POS so I can tap dance on your shallow graves!" That review would not get posted because in addition to be unconscionable, it gave no real information about the product.

I can point out numerous examples of the review in the first category on our site. The reason the majority of our products have excellent reviews, is because we don't make a habit of selling crappy products. If we have a product that gets a ton of complaints, we go back to the manufacturer to see if they can rectify the problem with their product. And if not, we promptly drop the product from our line.

If you review falls into the first category, then I am sure it will get posted. But we get hundreds of reviews for products a week, so there is a lot for the person that reads them to go through. It takes time before they get through all the reviews to approve them.

... Did you write that yourself or was it an actual review?

Jazzer

I have always had great service/parts/info from AM myself

guess i should have done a review on the shorty antenna i bought that broke within a week. they don't have any give at all like the stock antenna's do. after it broke i just threw it away and cut my stock antenna to the height i wanted and i actually like it more than the one i bought

I was very professional about my review, and just mentioned that you should buy the more expensive model. i bought the cheap one because I was concerened about water getting behind the stick on one, at least with the magnetic one you can take it off and clean behind it.
The overall transaction was great, I was just tring to warn other people. If you want my order # or whatever to look up my review let me know. post it up here and let people decide if i was professional or not?
