UPR

They seem like they are pretty good guys, but my car has been on jackstands for 2 weeks. First all the parts didnt come. Then come to find out I got parts for different year mustang (found this out after I took the car apart and the bolts wouldn't go through the control arm bushings). Now they sent the parts to the wrong address (after I told them I was no longer in Oklahoma and gave them my Savannah address) so it will be this weekend before I will get them. Thank God my roommate was still there to send them to me. Maybe, just maybe, I wont have to drive my kids ricer to work next week. Once again, they do seem like good guys, and they called back everytime I got their voice mail. Its just getting frustrating.

i have heard many problems about them. But i have nothing but goods things to say about them. I thought their customer service was great for me.

Yeah, I am hanging in there. Its just lately everything I order is screwed up. My Anthricite 10.5's didn't match my stock fronts (about to order some to match). My wife ordered a pony (150 bucks! I am in the wrong business) for my grill and had it painted redfire instead of torch red, that will be for sale here soon. My hood from AM was on backorder for two weeks. Finally got word it was on the way (well in stock) now. Now this with UPR. Good thing is everything might get here at the same time so it can all go on the same day. Now to TireRack to order some Nitto's for the 10.5's!

Sweet Jesus! Tirerack doesn't do Nitto's! Who knew.

I feel your pain man. i feel like i always have problems with business as well. And yeah Tirerack doesnt do nittos. I swear, all the places i want to order my rims from dont carry Nittos 555s and if i go with a place that carries 555's they dont have the rims i want. It's so inconvenient.

hope everything works out for you. But yeah i had no problems with UPR but i know many who have.
