The only problem I have had with them is that their calender did not have any hang up holes. I have never really ordered anything from them because they do not cater to the 5.0 fox.

whats up guys i after finally talking to a supervisor i got an answer still not an answer i wanted but an answer i could and would have to live with pretty much. I chose to have them mount and balance my tires since i was ordering rims and tires, they said with race season coming up and alot of people just bringing their stangs back out for the summer that the tire guys were really backed up and that because i chose to have them mounted and balanced it would take longer to ship. I recieved them this past monday, a week after i ordered them. but he did apologize for all the confusion i was having and all the wrong info given to me by the customer service people.

I have had nothing short of a great experience from AM, time and time again they prove how great their customer service is.

They look awesome!!! Great choice!

I got my wheels/tires from them too and I do remember it took a little longer for the mount/balance. But so worth it to not have to take them to a tire shop for installation.

This is the problem with how quick things can happen on the internet and forums now if somebody just reads the first post or the subject they get a bad impression of A.M. It takes 13 happy customers to make up for one unhappy one

i must honestly say that i have done alot of business with AM for about 3 years now, and even messing up on my order by putting in the wrong info for the ship to/bill to address.....i have never had a bad experience with them at all. always helpful and i will continue to be a customer to them till the end. just running out of things to buy though!!

yea, i cleared everything up with them..still didn't like the customer service reps giving me the run around but as far as a company they had a reason as to why they didn't get my rims out as quickly as normal and i was cool with that. I would recommend them to anyone. After this all happened i still shopped with them. Bought 2500 worth of parts from them a few months back. So not a bad company to deal with. Customer service reps there...now thats another story all together.

Has anyone ever left a bad feedback about a product to them and had it posted on their site under the feedback section? Afterall its the products its self the person is referring to not the company.

There was a guy with a similar problem moths ago. Some dingle berry from AM said as long as its proper/professional/whatever the bad feedback will still be shown.

Even in that case has anyone seen such info on their site?

I still wont spend another dollar with this dump regardless of price.
