wow I'm surprised I have purchased alot from them and I mean alot and never once have had a problem. That's the reason I keep going back. Free shipping and its always out that day and I get it 2-3 days later at the latest. Though maybe I'm lucky as I don't think I have had many problems.

yea like i said as a company they are good just their customer service could use a few touch ups lol.

I think the customer service is pretty darn good. But then again Ive never had to call them, I order online and...Bam!..the parts are sitting at my door step in two days! Just ordered a shift knob for the mustang today. oh and saw a t-shirt I really liked so I ordered that as well...lol

AM Cool by me...


I've ordered several times from them. Ordered the chrome bumper inserts and the package was open, a few of the letters must have fallen out of the box during shipping. Called them right away, and they shipped a new set that day. Just ordered a couple rear wheels from them today, overstocks on sale!

Sorry you had a bad go of it. I'd definitely give them another shot, they've got some pretty cool stuff at great $. Just my $.02
