Bad Experience W/ American Muscle

so i ordered my rims on monday morning around 11 am. I was told they'd she shipped out the same day and that i should have it in 2 business days seeing as how i'm in VA and they're located in PA. Well called yesterday to be told they had already been shipped and i should recieve my tracking number shortly. Later that afternoon still hadn't gotten it so i called to get the tracking number, only to be told that it hadn't been shipped. Today i call again to see why i haven't recieved a tracking number. Told it was on the dock and to be shipped out today. that was this morning around 10:30. i still have yet to recieve a tracking number so i don't know if they've even been shipped today. I'm not very happy with the service in general, due to recieving so many different answers, and the shipping not being done as it should've been i would've gladly paid the extra for the shipping to have it guarenteed 1 day, had i known it would be a problem like this.

sucks to hear that. Im unhappy with them as well for a very minor issue but its just the point so ill be going else where from now on. Not that they sell a whole lot that interests me anyways.

I have had great service too. Def PM AMnick about it. Sometimes things get jumbled on the shipping docks.....especially if there are a lot of orders.

Placed an order with American Muscle this morning at 6:30 am - it was approved at 9:30 am and shipped at 4:30 pm today with tracking numbers.

There has to be something going on with your particular order. Hope you can get it fixed soon - there is nothing worse than waiting on something like that. It's hard enough to wait a day or two for shipping....

did you put the right address with the credit card or zip code or something? Cuz ive messed that up and they had a delay cuz they had to wait for me to give the right info or verify it. AM has always been awesome. My wheels/tries and lightbar came in like 3 days, and that was all the way to cali. Dont give up on them, theres def. a reason behind it thats legit.

They are my fave site, good prices, customer service and shipping has always been top notch with them.

Problems with AM's customer service are few and far between. I guess even the best companies drop the ball every now and then.

Sorry to hear you are having problems, but I can only speculate as to why you were told two different things without knowing your order number. Can you PM me your order number and/or full name so I can shed some light on whats going on? I am sure there is a reasonable explanation.
