BE VERY CAUTIOUS: Auto Parts Warehouse

i ordered an autometer lunar series gauge cluster. anyways the sales person that i talked to was very nice and told me they stocked everything at their warehouse. so i go ahead and order it up. its been over a week and half and nothing not an email or anything. i get on theri live help chat and the first guy was very helpful. got me setup, but they screwed up my emial address.

well fastforward another week......... i get the live help thing again and this guy (dennis) is not really helpful at all. wont let me access my page because they have my email wrong, whihc wa supposed to be corrected the first time around. anyways he tells me my order will ship out in 4-5 business days which in my mind is unacceptable when i was told it would ship next day. he would not change my emial address for me so i could get the new passwrod and account there so i could see the account with my own eyes. also would not give me the other changed account password for the wrong email address. so now i have to spend time of my day that i spend sleeping while working talking on the phone to try to get this worked out.

im easy tog et along with and very understanding but this guy seriously pushed me over the edge. i sent them an email about my oncerns. anyways hopefully i can mybe get somewhere with this company tommorow.

heres the link: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/

I hate to say it but sometimes, when a website tries to sell anything and everything, the end result is they don't know anything about what they're offering. If customer service is bad on top of it like you described, then they really don't deserve our business. Stick to the businesses highly focussed on Mustangs... my 2 cents worth.

update: i tlked to a lady last night who was willing to actually get somehting done and help me out. anyways when i rdered the part, i was told it was in stock and would ship out the next day. i asked why that hadnt been done. she said becsue it was a speicalty part. im like well...... do yall have it in stock or not. she said yes, and i asked then why arent they being shipped out. all she could tell me is that it was a specialty part and thats why it was taking a lot longer to process. i find it kinda stupid. anyways my order has been in the processing department for nearly 2 weeks now? seems retarded and dumb to me but oh well as long as i get the damn thing. they told me 10-15 more days before it ships. does this seem like bs? tomme it does. anyways hope it gets here before i have to go onto andohter job and dont get a chance to enjoy the danm thing.

i finally got some real answers form them this morning. when i was ordering i was told they had the product in their warehouse ready to ship to me. so i order. well 2 weeks later still nothing and im getting the runaround from everyone i talk to. i finnaly get someone to tell me that it will be drop shipped form autometer, which is bullshit since i was told they had it in their possesion. anyways autometer doesnt make this product anymore. therefor i will never recieve it. i cancelled my order this monring and got a refund.

i cannot stand it why some people will not just be stright up honest about something like this. im glad to have my $480 back so now i can spend it on some other mods. make sure of who your dealing with before you deal with them.

well, i cancelled my order a couple weeks ago and still have not seen the $$$$ back in my account. i called a bit ago and they told me that it will take up to 10 weeks to refund. how fucking rediculous is this? anyways i would seriously suggest that nobody order form this company. they keep giving me the runaround still. my order even says its precessing even though i put the cancellatioin in on the 24th of january

ouch bro, sucky situation you're in. thank you though, for the heads up about the place. personally, never heard of 'em, but doesn't matter now, I won't be interested after hearing this story. bad things happen to good people, that's an unfortunate part of life I guess. I'm just glad I haven't had any runaround problems like you've got here with any online orders I've placed in the past. But I hope you get your money back, seriously. I'm sure you're watching your bank account closely huh?
