I'm not a big poster, but am hoping others avoid the mess I seem to have generated by ordering a part from Razzi. I'm currently over 6 weeks waiting on a body kit piece, and Razzi specially manufactured and sent me the WRONG part first, even though I provided them with a specific part number. They refused to pay for return shipping ($130) despite the fact it was their mistake, and after they theoretically manufactured another part two weeks ago, they called to ask what year and model I owned--again, the part number is specific to my year and model. Now, two weeks after they supposedly shipped the new part, I have no idea where the package is. The owner himself is unable to access order or shipping status. The woman who deals with tracking numbers, according to the 3-4 different people who answer the phone, is "not there"...ever. I'm extremely disappointed with the (lack of) service I've received, I'm out hundreds of dollars, and I have no idea if or when I'm going to get the part and/or my money back. Bottom line: I highly recommend looking elsewhere before dealing with Razzi.

Frustrating thing is, I've gone AM for EVERYTHING else I've bought!
