Tire Rack's on top of it
I'm in the market for new wheels and tires, and a friend recommended Tire Rack. I ordered 4 wheels/4 tires, but the wheels were backordered several weeks, so a customer service rep called me to ensure the backorder wasn't a problem. Not an issue--I could wait. However, next day I received an email stating they had received the wheels and were shipping them same day. The same customer service rep called to let me know they'd shipped, and he also provided details on installing these particular wheels. After my experience at Razzi (grouchy thread below), I'm really pleased with Tire Rack. Decent wheel/tire package prices, and the customer service rules.

old thread but yeah, tire rack is the shit! used them got a great price great communication....A few of my co-workers have used them as well. def will continue to use them.

Yea my friend ordered rims and tires from them they were mounted and balanced and delivered to his door we had them on his car within a week
