Bad Experience W/ RPMOutlet.

Customer Service Sucks!!!

So i Order The MotoBlue "Big Bore" Fuel Rails For My Lighting Motor.
They show up from a Address thats a P.O Box From Some Guy In Tx Not Even RPMOutlets Address. The Rails Arive in separate padded envelopes in a box they come with just the rails. No ounting hardware that should have been included.
I call CS At RPM Outlet and they tell me its a sealed package when they get it blah blah you need to do a return and will send you another set.So i say now its my fault your not checking the parts before they go out and im not getting everything i payed for now im stuck because i have no way to moungt them to my manifold ,And the parts did not even come from you there from some Guy with a diffrent address.(She Did not have anything to say) I tell them i dont want to exchange just send me some mounting brackets and bolts so i can put them on my car.She did not want to help me so i hung up on herand went to the Live Help LIVE CHAT.Talked to the lady there and she told me to call back that the other lady was already working on my problem and endded out chat.
So i call back sat on hold for 10-15 mins and got tired of it went back to the online chat and told her im done with the girl on the phone she needed to help me.When all said in done after 15mins in the chat with her, i explained what happend and she was actually more helpful then the lady on the phone. In the end she told me the Mounting brackets/Hardware for the lighting rails Will be shipped out to me tomorow since they were done shipping for the day.
So after a Bunch of B.S and 30+ Mins Later They seem to fix the issue.

Now i have to sit and wait and see if my brackets actually show up.

Should i contact them tomorow and see about getting a tracking number Or Just Wait and see what happends?
