CJ Pony Parts

I wanted to let you guys know to go with AmericanMuscle.com , not CJPonyParts.com ... Here's my experience with CJ in an email I sent to their customer service:

Let’s start off by saying that for now on, I’m going to stick to AmericanMuscle.com. I love AM, never had a problem with them. But I saw these floor mats on sale here, so I figured what the hell, it’ll save me some money. So I ordered the 05-09 Tri-Bar Running Pony mats (set of 4) in Light Graphite. After 2 weeks, I started to wonder where my floor mats were. SO I emailed you guys, you said you ran out, you were waiting to get them from the manufacturer, so okay, I understand that, that’s fine. A week later, I finally got the mats. But now here’s the problem, that’s not what I ordered. I ordered the LIGHT GRAPHITE. I received DARK CHARCOL. The box and packing slip all said LIGHT GRAPHITE, and the number’s matched, but it wasn’t LIGHT GRAPHITE. It was DARK CHARCOL. I compared it with my friend’s Mustang with DARK CHARCOL interior, and what do you know, perfect match. So I already called you guys about setting up a return. But I would expect Quality Control or whomever watches over these guys, would check what they’re sending, before they send it.

Now I have to wait god knows how long for the Return Slip and Sticker, and then wait for you guys to receive the package, and then wait until you guys get my color in stock, and then wait until I get it, so I’m hoping I have the mats by the end of the summer.

I should of spent the extra few bucks and went with a company that I knew and trusted, AmericanMuscle.

And don’t tell me that if it says on the box that its LIGHT GRAPHITE it is, because anyone who’s not blind can tell that it’s not, it’s almost black, its DARK CHARCOL. Just thought you guys might want to hear about my soon to be 2-month long purchase.

-Rich

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. They are great guys and I know they do their best to get things out to you ASAP. It seems like the manufacturer maybe dropped the ball on this one with the packaging.

Best of luck though.

They are bad at not letting you know the item is out of stock or on back order. I would never buy from them.
