Personally I can't knock Steeda, they've been nothing but helpful to me and I will continue to purchase their products. Plus what company out there besides Steeda will take the time to send you a "Thank You" card for purchasing from them? I haven't had any other company to do so as of yet!!!

Being in the same line of work you tend to have those customers that expect the world from you. So if you don't deliver, you're consider rude and/or obnoxious. I deal w/those customer's on a daily basis.

Think of it this way. They must be doing something right to be in biz for 20 plus years. My pops has been buying parts from them since the "Fox Body" days.

I guess the bottom line here is you can't please them all....
