Stage 3 Motorsports

I found this forum because I was looking for complaints on stage 3, I have always heard great things about them too so I ordered some stuff from them. I did not receive a tracking# for my purchase and it has been about 2 1/2 weeks since my order was placed + or - a few days.

When I log into the account that I have on their site it tells me nothing about my order and is kinda useless. I do know the order went through I did receive a confirmation email from them, and I bought a Buy Safe Bond with my purchase so I know it's protected.

I guess my frustration is that I could have bought this stuff off of Ebay, or some other site for cheaper, but I decided to go with them due to their stellar reputation but in my experience with them I have found it to be slow, and no customer service at all.

I tried to call them, but their office is closed till Jan 4th for the holidays, and I have sent emails but no reply. I would feel better about this if I would have had a tracking # sent to me, or someone to call. I only live a few states from Arizona so at the most shipping should have took 4-6 days even the stuff I ordered on Ebay after I ordered from them has arrived.

In my opinion if they want to maintain a great reputation they should inform their clients of shipping delays, and provide a tracking # for all orders. The other part of my frustration is these pieces are needed before I can take my new rebuilt mustang to be painted as they are body parts, and without them my car is just stuck in my garage unable to be moved.

let me ask you this. if you were off work til the 4th would you log into work to view your emails, even though everyone else at youre job is off and wont send emails? its more than likely a shared email account that you are sending them to, and i know i wouldnt think to check that at all, IF i logged in to check my work email. just be a little patient, and welcome to the forum.

Bill the owner of Stage3 is a friend of mine and trust me he wouldn't do you wrong. There had to be some mix up or something, either way he will do you right.

I am not complaining because they are closed for the holidays I am complaining because I have not received my order, or even a tracking # to verify it has been sent,
Furthermore they have a big banner on their website that says Dec 19th is the last day to get your Christmas order in my order was placed before the 19th, and still no order.

If they knew that my order could not be shipped to me they could have at least sent an email and explained that to me since they were going to be closed for 16 days instead of closing up shop with no reply.

Also for the person who asked if I would check my emails, I work online in e-commerce, and when you have a business that revolves around the internet you check your emails daily so yes I would, and do. This is just the busiest online shopping period of the year I would assume they had someone doing something, maybe they do it different than most other places, but where I come from "LAST CHANCE get your xmas order in NOW" means you will get it before xmas.

So if the 500.00 I spent with them does not entitle me to a 10 second email then that's not the kinda place I want to shop at.
