I'm not happy with this vendor what so ever. I first purchased a ported, polished, and halfshafted throttle body from them almost a month ago....I still don't have it, and he won't answer my emails. Second I purchased Mac catted h-pipe only to receive an email saying that they stopped making them a week ago, and that he can either refund me the money or put it towards something else. That part I was fine with, but now there is worse than horrible communication there is none, I'm out of $78, and I now have to dispute since I told him to refund me the money, and he hasn't.

Lack of communication

Didn't have discontinued parts that are still shown on website

I still don't have my parts

Hasn't issued second refund like I asked 2 days ago

I had a similar problem with them last year when ordering headers for my car. The Mac long tubes linked to another year when you checked out. Most of their problems are web site oriented, but their lack of customer support and lack of responsibility when business goes awry is horrible.

My complaints with Mik at rpm-mustangs.com:

Lack of communication.

No acceptance of refund when he was at fault.

Delay in shipping.

Increase in price.

Horrible time delay for my schedule.
