Lethal performance


Very displeased with service. First I ordered kooks long tubes with a catted x for my cobra. They first told me it would take 5-7 days. Then 2 weeks. Then they told me 4 weeks. Finally received half of my order and it was wrong. They sent me the x pipe with no cats that I paid for. Then after speaking on the phone with a service rep I find that the other half of my order is somewhere else and isnt even right. Wow.

Lethal gets alot of business man. Do not be so sour about it, they are usually really good in the customer service department. Jonas or Christy would be happy to help you. I have made roughly 15 orders with them with no problems. Sometimes it takes a while due to some parts being on back order.

I'm sorry about the issues you had with your order. We've struggled quite a bit with Kooks within the last year. Their move was just the beginning and it seems they simply haven't recovered. From missing orders to inaccurate ship dates and shipping incorrect orders it's been a nightmare. The problem is that they make a great product and their competition struggles with the similar issues as well. So what are we to do that the people that make the products we sell can't run their business properly? We've thought real hard many times about just turning off their products and being done with them completely. We've also had many phone conversations with them to work towards resolving these issues and it just doesn't seem to work. Now I know it sounds like a whole bunch of excuses and you purchased your items from us not them which I'm fully aware of. However them leaving us out of the loop and shipping the wrong parts is somewhat out of our control. Trust me if that was my company I'd do it very differently but it's not. My concern is my customers (YOU).

Although the things that I mentioned above happened with your order I'm sure that every time you called us we answered the phone and were helpful and professional. I'm also sure that we did everything within our power to help you get everything that you paid for. Lastly, I will guarantee you that in the end you got the parts you paid for. If not I'd like to know about it. To this day we've never left a single customer hanging. We're not a scam. We're one of the industries highly regarded aftermarket parts suppliers with a reputation that many simply can't match.

I have ordered from Lethal many times and will again for sure! I like there product they sell and the prices they offer!

Sorry to hear this.

I'd just like to say that I have dealt with Lethal before and will continue in the future. I've always been pleased with the service and prices. I've bought aftermarket parts for cars past and present from a large array of dealers, and Lethal is second to none.

Thanks Jared, sorry if I came off a little rude with my post. I was a little frustrated at the time and just wanted to know if anyone had ever experienced similar problems, and it seems like I'm the only one lol. This would be my first time ordering something from lethal so I wasn't sure. I talked to a service representative today and everything is straightened out. Thanks!
