Andys Auto sport

Ok so I have read both good, and bad things about Andys auto sport however I decided to order from them anyways, so I figured I will write a honest review about my experience. I just purchased a set of Xenon side skirts for my 96 mustang today. The guy I spoke with on the phone was Jay, and he seemed very helpful even gave me his extension. The estimated wait time is 3-7 business days unless Xenon does not have them in stock then he quoted 2 weeks max. Let's see how it goes.

Update I just received this email from them : Hi JASON!

Your order with Andy’s Auto Sport is expected to ship out in 6 business days. You can expect us to email you the tracking information for your order when it ships.
If you have any questions about your order, want to change your order, or want cancel your order, please email back any time or call us toll free at 1-800-419-1152.

Update: Well my 6 business days have now come, and gone with no shipping information, they also told me over the phone that if it went over the expected period they would contact me by phone, or email to let me know how long, and why, I am going to wait until Monday, and make 2 phone calls one to Xenon to see if they have those side skirts in stock, as they are the manufacturer, and then to Andy's. Will tell you how it goes!

So I called on Monday, and was told they had not shipped out yet but they would be shipping out on Wed, or Thursday, and they would email me the tracking information, oddly enough though when I got home from work on my doorstep sat the side skirts! Today is Tuesday???????

I am very happy about it I think that Andy's is a very busy place, and maybe they don't have enough people to keep up with stuff, hence the confusion---just guessing, but they we're very professional on the phone, and I have my sides---For 50.00 less than anywhere else!!!

I am very happy with it, and will do business with them again!

even though you have them the fact that they told you they weren't going to ship you your item till Wednesday and you received it on Tuesday is something i would be concerned about. And probably wouldn't order from them again.
