warning about curizin concepts

I ordered a body kit, hood and side scoops from curizin concepts. The order was left at my door I was happy to see it until I opened it. the scoop was not in with the shipment and the hood was cracked. I called them and told them the story about what happened and that I did not sign or get to look at the order when it was dropped off, he said it would be no problem that he would take care of this and that it should be no problem seeing they just dropped it off with no signature. I also told him that I was getting it ready for a show and that I needed this to be a priority. Two weeks later and still no answer, he told me now that it can take up to 60 days before he would be able to let me know, and that it was out of his hands. So if you are thinking of ordering from this company think twice before ordering. I am now stuck with a broken hood, no scoops, and a company that doesn't stand by their product, and still no idea or explanation of how this company is going to resolve this issue.

yeah.. be careful.. if i speak w/ ppl over the phone i always ask who they ship with.. i got royally screwed by roadway express and musicians friend when i ordered some discontinued gear at awesome prices.. still pisses me off when i think about it.. there is so much bullshit that you have to go through to get it taken car of.. question.. did u pay w/ a credit card?? if so, id call them (ur cc company) and tell them that you want to dispute a charge because it was received contrary to how it was represented by the seller.. your credit card company will isolate the charges and pending some calls made by the cc company's peeps, the charge will be reversed.. at least that way you wont be out several hundred dollars while u dont have what you ordered.. gl man
