Any where you can bolt them down. You should run them backwards but for now I have them bolted under seats

Be careful if you're driving around with the shoulder harnesses bolted down to the floor. They shouldn't be located any further than 4" below shoulder height to prevent spinal compression in an accident.

For mine I have no back seats so when I get my cage ordered I will use that to keep my belt held at the right angle ... If you go to Cipher's vendor page he has a pic of what I mean in the sponsored car thread

Yes they have a threaded bolt welded on the brackets they sell.. Once you bolt the clicker into place, trim the threads down..
^^Made no sense.. Answer is yes

I also picked up a pair of racing seats and brackets from Cipher Auto. They’re priced great for the quality and definitely hold you in place well. They force you to use correct posture but are extremely comfortable. They tilt forward to allow passenger entry to the back seat just as far if not further than the OEM seats did. If you're looking for some affordable new seats I'd recommend you check them out.
Within a day after ordering I had a tracking number for the seats and a message saying that the brackets would be shipped out later that week after manufacture. The seats arrived 3 days later just as the brackets were shipped out(with another tracking number emailed to me). Upon trying to assemble them I found that two bolts were the wrong size. After contacting them I promptly received a reply and they overnighted these to me no questions asked. Every company makes mistakes but to me how they handle them defines their customer service which was great. The install is very easy. Just unbolt the 4 bolts per seat, remove your OEM seats and bolt these in. There was a little assembly required but honestly I think anyone on this forum can put a couple bolts together. These seats weigh around 25lbs each which is much, much lighter than the OEM seats. Here are a few pictures of the seats and install process. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The only real downside I’ve found is I got black cloth seats and most of my interior isn’t that darks. I’ve really been looking for an excuse to convert to charcoal interior anyways and I think this might be it! I’d definitely recommend CipherAuto for anyone who wants some inexpensive racing seats.

$320 for the set but as members we get 15% off. Brings it down to less than $275.
