I never received any confirmation email pertaining to my order. What is its status?

Here is the email from March 7th. I never received the item. I bought it from your site via paypal MY PAYPAL It was purchased March 1st.

I looked into it further, I`m out of that knob in white and black colors until Monday. I can’t ship it with an open dispute. You will need to close the dispute and we will send the knob or we will send you a refund. Just let us know what you want to do.

RM:
Could you send a refund? I will not close the dispute until you send a full refund.

Ok so you just dont want the knob anymore. Thats fine. Ill cancel it. These things are wildly popular and I can use the extra knob anyway I have more orders for this knob than I can keep up with anyway so it will help me in that respect.

They told me it shipped twice... I am too lazy to find those emails, but if this gets nasty I will get a certified Google PDF.

I am not "mad" at sickspeed.com I just wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They did refund me the money in the end, that is good. What isn't good is me paying for an in stock item, not receiving an order number, or anything, being told that it shipped twice, then being told to close my paypal dispute before getting a refund, and then getting a stupid excuse for it.

He could use the extra knob? So he actually had one, he just didn't ship it? If he actually didn't have any he should have sent an email to everyone waiting on their orders and let them know they weren't in stock so people could choose to wait for the item to come in or get a refund and find an alternative/

I still haven't returned a defective front grille from my VW even though the company said that they would return it in their vendor thread... Every PM, Phone call, and post gets ignored or BS posted.

I ordered the ol skool 6 speed white knob from them last Wednesday. I sent several emails to them asking if the knob had shipped and didnt hear anything until Friday. I finally got an email back from JJ (I assume that is who was emailing you too). He claimed that he had been out of town...I have an iphone and a loptop, which Im sure he does too...so should get emails when out of town. He said they were waiting on the knob and it should be at their warehouse on Monday (yesterday) and ship to me then. We will see if it shows up in the next day or so. If I had seen this before ordering I would have got one from somewhere else.

Mine finally shipped and is supposed to be here Saturday according to the tracking number. I probably wont get anything from them again, but I cant wait to get the knob!
