i only ordered from RPM Outlet once and it went fine. Most of the mail order stuff i get comes from American Muscle and it's because i've never had a problem with them. free shipping on everything and i usually get my stuff in 2 or 3 days.

RPMOUTLET is the worst company there is for buying parts on line. i ordered a supecharger for my mustang and they sent me the wrong fuel pump. i did not realize it untill the end of my installation. when i tried to get them to send the correct one it took so long i had to start looking for an attorney to get the issue fixed. they told their attorney that i had already used the fuel pump which was bs. i had to open the box to see if it was the correct one. long story short is that i might seek legal actions to get them to fess up the correct part. Never use them and tell all your friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered from American Muscle three times so far and there's been problems everytime. Additionally, the "Mustang" license plate bracket I ordered from them now says M S ANG because the black lettering is falling out of the bracket. The front one is fine so maybe it's the 4.10's.

I've never had any issues with AM, and don't really want to deal with RPM from all the horror stories I've heard.

I would never go through rpm outlet ever again, their dyno claims are waaaaay off and when I showed them before and after dynos with their products they told me I must have had a freak car that wasnt tuned right, their preprogrammed diablosport tunner made my cobra run so lean the engine would have popped if I hadn't got it custom tuned with an sct on a dyno, the order I placed with them they charged me for twice and sent me the order twice and told me it was my fault and were refusing to take the merchandise back so I had to have the card company refuse the second charge and had to refuse the package, their customer service was horrible I kept having to email to never get a response and when I finally would it was just that I was going to have to be passed from one person to another etc biggest horror story I have ever had to deal with and when you order 2200 dollars worth of stuff from one company at one time and they try to charge you twice thats a biiig mistake and a big purchase to be screwing up on

I think some of the stuff AM has is a little higher in quality then RPM outlet. I was going to order one of the pully/plenum kits from RPM but decided to just peice from AM because i wanted Steeda pullies and RPM only had Motoblue, which i havent heard of before. plus customer service at AM is top notch, i wouldnt go newere else if i didnt have to.
