ABC Exclusive? Good or Bad?

Hey guys, I was thinking about ordering a hood from ABC Exclusive. Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks!

There website seems pretty basic and didn't know if they were legit. But their prices are good.

Not abc but i have purchased a hood in that price range for for my old camaro and the fitment was horrible. The body shop that just did my cobra r hood told me cervini's is the best as far as fit and finish.

local guys here run them and haven't had any excuses. But they are only 4 hours from here and they guys drive down there hoodless and try on about 10 hoods until they get one that fits right...

Being that I can pick it up in person I would do it, not sure I would deal with the hassle of buying on online. Their molds suck in all honesty, it's hit and miss for a good fitment.

I live about 5 hrs from there, that's a good idea going there and trying some on.

Tax time and I feel like a new hood lol. Nothing wrong with mine I'll probably sell it or keep it as a back up.

I found a decent cobra r hood on Boss Inc. Comes black Gel coated and may leave it that color. Getting my cobra bumper painted today.

Ya I've decided to steer clear of ABC. Thanks for the heads up. Too many bad reviews and bad molding stories.

What do you do for a living to burn your money in a pail like that? Unless you've got something in the engine bay that requires the clearance of a cowl you're just pretending. Money much much much better spent elsewhere. Seeing your other thread about the bumper paint forces me to believe that you could care less about pointless things on your car.

Now it's people asking me how I spend my money? This is great. And comments like that force me to believe u wish you had more money to "waste" as I do.

I have a cobra r hood, I don't need the clearance. I think its fine as long as u stay with a smaller cowl.

Seriously, go cervini's, it will cost u less in paint/prep.

Probably will but as Goren says everyone with a cobra Hood is pretending as well haha. Looks like I'll go with a cervini only rave reviews on perfect fits and great finish.
