Ebay CAIs.

I'll move this post if it's in the wrong section, but I was just curious about them. Howcome the vendors on eBay are selling some 3.8L CAIs for only 20.00 bucks or so, but others are going for 150+? Are they jipped or something, or are they the real deal?

No man they are the real deal I got mine for 35 dollars shipped, my only complaint was that it was missing a few bolts but it was totally worth it. They come with both pipes, mounting bracket to exit the filter into the fender, all clamps and rubber bushings, and applicable gaskets. Best way to go in my opinion

The problem that I have seen on the Ebay CAI is that the finish fades prematurly. Every one that I have seen on a car that is 8+ months old looked like poo.

all brand name intakes are good for is the name and their "performance tested" statements, i got a CIA off ebay and it works great, easy to install and saved me 100+ bucks, just look at the user feedback and pay attention to the description of the item to make sure you are in fact getting what u want
