It means that they're busy haha. And yes lots of people have had bad experiences with them

there is a vendor review section jugg... your a bad mod you should know that there already is a section where every 5th post is about how much RPMoutlet sucks

Wow I thought we were just unlucky, but they are so bad I would put them with Mr.Bodykit.

Sent us a "direct bolt on" xpipe and cat system to go behind the dynotech long tube headers they told us would install with basis hand tools in 2 hours.

$900 later at an exhaust shop to install and heavily modify the generic parts dumped in a box that "should fit" (after the complaint phone call to them)...we finally got the xpipe to work.

The headers took 7 hours for our licensed tech to install and he is fast at everything he does.

The fuel pump they sent us was generic with no mounting hardware.

The gears we ordered came loose in a box with not even styrofoam to support them from banging against each other.

They really suck.

Almost made us quit our project.

I have been at or am a member of a lot of Mustang forum's and EVERYBODY says they without a doubt one of the worst vendors ever.

ive actually ordered from them 3 different times and had no issues, but iu guess i just got really lucky
