Ive ordered from them twice and this is the last time im ordering from them. I ordered the cervini ducktail wing last week 12/10 and its the 17th now and i still haven't gottin an email with a tracking number and they haven't responded to any of my emails. There site says 5 days for a tracking number and 12 hours for a response BS to that. This happened the last time i ordered from them and i thought it was a fluke, but apparently not there customer service is horrible.....

just a forewarning to anybody trying to buy from them

yeah im calling them tomorrow and if it hasn't shipped yet then i want them to pay for shipping cuz this is bullshit the person assured me it would be here before christmas and it takes 7 days for UPS to deliver from BC to NC....65 bucks for shipping this is bullshit i hate this company....they didn't reply to my email again today

called today and they said, "Oh well that wing usually takes 10-14 business days to arrive." I was like i just got an email from you guys saying it was going to be here before christmas now your saying its not?" i said well this is the last time im doing business with ya'll and im a member of a huge mustang forum and im gonna post a thread about how horrible your customer service is.....hes like im really sorry ill get it out as soon as possible..

i never ordered anythign from them but i have sent them emails before asking questions and got thorough respences susally within 24 hours... if not 24 hours then it was in the next few business days

looks like the customer service is good to get the business, but once they have it, they lose that part.

All of this happened on our one and only order...

They sent us a broken trufiber hood in a perfect box, then proceeded to blame us for not pulling the hood out of the box and inspecting it whne it arrived. I explained that the box was in perfect condition but the hood was crushed flat inside...too bad was the reply.

We order the supernova plasmaglow and it was recieved with a module that had been taken apart,been soldered inside and didn't work...plasmaglow sent us a new module, no help from mr.bodykit

We received a rear lover that had no hardware and mr.bodykit replaced the louver at no charge........I just about fell over

I will never deal with them again, they are right up there with RPM outlet as far as I am concerned.

350$$ to get it prepped and painted....i will never order from Mr. Body Kit Again......they sent it nicked up and shit with imperfections to make the paint guy say "well if you want it done right its 350 or i can just paint it but we both know it will look pretty shitty with all this imperfection."

I then called mr. bodykit to see if i can send it back and get one without nicks on it and they said no your gonna have to go through DHL who delivered it to you because it came out perfectly fine. The spoiler shipped out American Car Products in CA so they never even had it. I told this info to them which they knew already and they had no words to say...i was like "well i will never buy from you again and at least 80% of the people on my national mustang forum won't either so good day to you."

1.) I've never had a problem with Mrbodykit
2.) They have always responded to my calls / emails in under 12 hours
3.) Its your responsibility to check your parts before you let the DHL/UPS/CON-WAY/etc. man leave with them. It always is, no matter what the box looks like.

And no I'm not affiliated in any way with mrbodykit.

when i ordered my hood from them it was horrible. took a ridiculous amount of fiberglass work to even get it to fit right...the hood was horrible quality i wont order from them anymore either...and this was a while back. i ended up sending them a nasty lil email but i never heard anything back from em
