VMP dissappointment

i ordered a fuel a pump from vmp and paid the extra money to get it 3 day select so it would get here before i had to leave for a job for all of july and i could put it in myself but that didnt happen....ordered it super late on sunday might have even been monday, like 2am... i didnt get the fuel pump until the day after i left for my job which was a week and a half later...and he would not refund my shipping even tho it was super late getting to me...i ordered from vmp bc i had heard good things but this really dissappointed me...you would think that when an order is placed and 3 day select shipping is ordered that u would get the product out asap, yet it didnt even ship for a week...

yea its in stock. so he didnt ship it out for a week and it got to my house after i had gone to this job. so now its gonna cost me $100 since i didnt have time to put it in myself. so i asked him about refunding me the extra since i paid for the 3 day select and he said no...i doubt i will be ordering anything else from there. after all the hype about them being good, i feel like it was a big let down for me...

that's sucks, i had bought a fog light kit off justin a long time ago and our deal went smooth.. if the tracking showed the late shipping then you should of gotten the shipping charges back, otherwise that is just bad customer service
