So I recently ordered a set of gears from buyfordracing.com. i went through them cause they cost me about 160 shipped. not bad, right. well, i went on their website a few days later to check the ststus of my order and it said that the order was cancelled. i called their "customer service" hotline and no one answered. their voicemail told me to call back later, i couldn't even leave a message. so i emailed them. waited a day, no response. icalled again the next day early morning, and the guy i talked to said the order was cancelled because my credit card was declined. i figured it was because i mistyped a number or something when i put in the order. he also told me that an email was sent to me. that was complete bullshit. so, i reordered it and then went through this whole fiasco trying to figure out where the package was. did i mention that they don't provide tracking numbers? the carrier, DHL also sucks, btw. they decided to take my package directly to my leasing office. they never made an attemp to deliver it to my door. and finally, my leasing office also sucks big donkey dick because they held on to my package for four days before i happened to see it there when i stopped by for an unrelated matter. a learning lesson for me. i should've just ordered it from americanmuscle.com. i order the majority of my stuff from them and the service is great. and now that i know that they pricematch, i am kicking myself in the ass. that's what i get for trying to save a buck.
